Thanks for letting us know. When you’re ready, you can buy StairFile Pro from this page: https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..discounts/

Hi Jonathan, thanks for signing up for Full membership. Let me know if you’d like the StairFile Lite service or are planning to buy the Pro service for this project. Please check the link in my previous post for the differences between the two. Thanks, Stefan

Hi Jonathan, if you need your working documents, you’ll need to sign up for Full membership here:

https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..p-upgrade/

This give you access to 1 StairFile Lite each month. If this is what you need, all Full membership is enough. We also have the StairFile Pro service which is an extra service which you have to buy from this page (but you must be a Full member first to access it):

https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..discounts/

Please note the differences in the Lite and Pro services in terms of the files you will receive. The differences are detailed here:

https://wooddesigner.org/stair…..e-service/

All the best, Stefan

Hi Jonathan,

I’ve just noticed you’re using StairDesigner version 7 which uses these .stair files. We are only supporting version 6 at present.

StairDesigner v7 is still in Beta testing and there are a number of features that are not present, including landings.

Please download version 6 from this page: https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..rdesigner/

Here’s a video that shows how to add landings: https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..-landings/

All the best,

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I have my stair file uploaded with a drawing of the opening, is it possible to take control of it please? also with the measures of the drawing.

Hi Mike,

We could make you a template for your stair but will need some more information.

Can you post a few more details like drawings, photos and some dimensions of your project?

All the best,

Ness

Hi Ness I have this one figured out the old school way the math on it is fairly easy and straight forward. I am just wondering how to go about drawing it up with Stair Designer so in the future Can show my customers a 3d version of how things will look before I go ahead with the build. i do have another project coming up in two weeks that will require a landing at the bottom of the run that i will get you to help me design. I will draw it up over the weekend and let you have a look at everything. Have a good new years thanks.
