Hi Greg, good to talk to you today on the phone as well. As discussed StairDesigner cannot yet manage this design feature 100%. For this reason, if you order the StairFile service, we would be happy to add that element in CAD for each of your stairs.

Hi ,
I’m wondering how to do the welcome step in stair design.
I tray to follow the videos but there is none , all so I tray to access the step in the program but did not let me open to change the dimensions.
This is the problem with software or because demo version ?
I I will have a meeting this Saturday and I will love to present client the design .
All so send to you the file for output .
If You can help it will be great .
