we don’t have the up to date vcarve so we only have one sheet, but i did understand the node edit mode to cut the shape in half which i have done but can you just answer my question about the toolpath that it will cut outside the shape and when joined it will be correct size.

Thank you for doing that for us, i have hopefully the last question the seating area is bigger than the boards we are using so we have to split it into 2 pieces down the middle and then join them, I am sending you the file from vcarve (board size is 1220 x 2440) can you show me how to do this please?  Also i have the toolpath done can you check that its correct so that when the 2 parts are machined they will be the exact size of the full part.
