Hi Ness,
it's not problem. I highly appreciate your effort to support me.

I think i made it.

I am using Vcarve nesting.

I set the pp dxf, in Tooled face export, i chose One single exported file per part.
After batch dxf processor in Vcarve, i made it nesting normally. Then i created Double sided job type, then i select all the vectors in face 2 then click Move to other side.

Is that process correct?

Thanks and best regards.

Hi Dam,

Are you using Vcarve nesting or Optinest?

For either you have to include the machining face in the layer names exported by Polyboard.

To do this use the PP DXF  set up and add a panel face code:

In Vcarve set up the tooling templates to machine only the appropriate face.

As this is quite and involved subject, you might consider buying a training session so that we can look into setting this up together.

Best regards,

Ness

PS I'm actually on holiday so please excuse me if I can't get back to you quickly.

Hi Ness,
Could you instruct how to do nesting on both side of a panel using Vcarve Pro after doing dxf out put from Polyboard?
I did batch dxf processor but the bottom side is on the same plane with the top side.
Thank you.
