Hi Carol,
We have looked into the tcn error an it seems that there is a bug that inverts the part and so causes the drillings to show on opposite edges.
The development team has closed development on v5 but will be correcting this in v6.
V6 is actually available as a beta version if you are interested in updating.
For the time being I suggest you just use DXF as this works very well with TPA.
You can set up the DXF layer names to import directly into TPA and automatically add tooling.
All the best,

Hi Carol,
Sorry to get back so late, but we have been very busy these last weeks and I thought your questions needed some time to answer.
You output tcn code with the ” OPTI{:: OPT2=%;0 OPTKIND=%;1 POSTFLAT=%;1}OPTI ” because you have chosen the Vitap option in the TCN version. This option should be set to “Standard” like this:
For the drilling inversions I have tested with DXf and TPA Cad and there seems to be a problem with the TPA output. I’ll see with the development team today.
For the time being, as DXF works fine, I suggest that you use DXF output for these parts :
For your server question, you cannot run Polyboard on your server it needs to be installed on the local machine. You can install the free version on as many machines as needed and transfer projects to the activated version for manufacturing output.
However, you can put the libraries on the server and point several Polyboards to them. Like this all the Polyboard will share and update the same libraries.
You can even put libraries on a web server like DropBox, in this way you even have access to your libraries when not connected to the office server.
This is true for Materials libraries as well as all the others.
For commercials you might find that using Quick Design materials set to include manufacturing costs is a better way to manage Polyboard projects than using the same materials as manufacturing.
Did you know also that commercials can get the price of a project directly from the free version using a catalog?
Unfortunately, there is actually no way to include directly your logo in the Polyboard documents.
You can however, you can add you logo afterwards by printing to a PDF file and using a PDF editor.
Here is an example of a Polyboard document with your logo added using Foxit Reader a free pdf editor:
Hope this is all helpful.
I’ll see with the developers and get back when I have an answer to the tcn error.
All the best,
Ness

Hi Carol, there are so many post processor files types we don’t have all of them allowed for upload. I’ve added .tcn and .cnc to our list so should work fine now. I’ve uploaded your specific files here.
All the best, Stefan
