Hi,

Michel tried to call you but there was no answer. Have you been able to clarify this point?

Cheers, Alex

Hi,

would it be possible to show me an example of your doors, but for me it's more a question of pass depth than speed,

in general as chip thickness, rotation and feed rate are related, it is preferable to make several passes rather than slowing down the machining or rotation

Cheers, Alex

Hi

we are starting to do shaker doors on cnc, but one question we are using a end mill 80mm to do the pocket the spindle speed is 24000 which is fine when skimming board but is too fast for these doors what speed do you recommend for doors or is it just we reduce speed and see what works??

Thanks Caroline
