OnlineHello,
These settings are defined in your working area settings, and they need to match the set up of your machine in Maestro.
This is why you do not have the problem when making a program in Maestro, as these settings are in the program. From PolyBoard, you need to match the set up used in Maestro.
Usually, the easiest way to see the set up parameters is to save a xcs program in Maestro, and match these in the PolyBoard set up parameters.
From what Alex forwarded you, there is a working area of J. The MIR is referring to if the X-axis is mirrored in the file. If these both load, please test a couple of files and confirm what is correctly importing your files. Please confirm all tooling positions as some of these may be mirrored if this is not correctly set. See the following image, the mirroring option is highlighted.

OfflineHi,
Can you try to load the test files attached.
Then let me know if one of them works better; I’ll explain later to not disturb the test.
All the best, Alex

OfflineHi Fatima,
I have tried different combinations of settings in the positioning option, checking the mirroring and testing different loading options and these havent changed the result.
The Mirroring in the machine parameters on maestro is still being set to mirrored.
Are there any other options that might be causing this.
Thanks

OfflineHi Brad,
The only thing that would initially be looked at here is the PostPro PolyBoard options in the Positioning and Testing section, by checking or unchecking the mirror option, or the wrong machine option.
Please make a backup before any changes.
How do I save and restore my settings?
All the best.

OfflineWhen we Export a file to our SCM Morbidelli Cx100 as an XCS from polyboard and open the file on the Maestro active software on the machine, the loading option is always set at “mirrored Loading”. Which is making all the machining positions mirrored.
To find out why this is happening i have imported the files into maestro and the Area option in the attached image is being set automatically to mirrored. This option is only ever changing when importing a file from polyboard. If I create a program manually on the software it will be set as standard. I can change the option on the polyboard files but importing each file and changing the option over to standard on each one is very time consuming.![]()

Is there a post processor option that is affecting this? I have tried changing the positioning options but have had no success
