try this solution we had in earlier posts . Let me know if it helps 

We have SCM`s Morbidelli machine and i need .pgmx files too.

To get them – in PolyBoard post-processor settings change Converter to XConverter, and specify path for it, should be something like – C:\Program Files (x86)\SCM Group\Maestro\XConverter.exe.

After that, set PolyBoard to run as administrator, and same for XConvertor (you will find it in Maestro folder). Also PB developers found out that tooling file .tlgx can`t be longer than 3 characters, so my one i changed to mor.tlgx.
