OfflineHello Tony:
a) Any new issues will be from changes to the PostProcessor settings as nothing has changed from our side. Can you please let me know what changes have been made recently and I will investigate what could cause these problems.
Additionally, please send me a copy of the PolyBoard parameters.
b) If you are having problems with the 3D preview, please confirm that you have updated to our latest version, PolyBoard 8.10j. This can be updated on our website in your account’s downloads.
c) To set a default directory for saving files, this can be set under the Default Folder in the PostProcessor settings.
See this in the following image:

OfflineHI Isaac
a) I’m looking into this problem as well, if you need anything from my side to check in the maestro let me know. We also tried old files that where created previously and no issue the latest file create are giving issues.
b) An other issue he cannot view the design in 3d sometimes.
c) on an other not – how can he set that the files on post process export goes to different directly without have to brows through the file structure.
Regards
