OfflineHello Emanuel,
Can I please confirm:
When you import a PolyBoard file into Maestro, the toolings are not associated with the part? This is not an editing error, but is incorrect from the beginning of the import?
If this is the case, there must have been a setting change in you PolyBoard PP. Have you adjusted this at any time recently?

OfflineHi Emmanuel,
You modify the program after optimization in Maestro Nesting, so this is indeed a process error and not something coming from PolyBoard.
All the best, Alex.

OfflineHi Emmanuel,
From what I understand, this is a manually created error and not an issue coming from PolyBoard. I do not have detailed information about how Maestro’s optimization works, but it is likely that during optimization, it combines certain tool paths to reduce milling time. This means that if you delete only one part, it may create an error in the tool path.
I think it makes more sense to modify the parts before optimization, or directly before exporting from PolyBoard depending on the modification needed.
All the best, Alex
