Hi Thusitha,

The problem is that when importing you text file Excel interprets the thickness expressed as a fraction like “3/4” as a date, so inserts  03-april.

Depending on the Excel version you are using, one way to avoid this, when importing, you can set the column type to “text” :

Note that if you need to calculate the column you’ll have to change the formatting back to fractions.

I’m not an Excel expert so there might be a better way to do this, so you might want to search the internet for another solution that keeps the value  as a fraction.

hope this is helpful,

Ness

Dear Stefan,

We only found from you, the same attachment we had uploaded for your perusal. Kindly check the mail and send us the solution, and a video as well, that would be much helpful.

Here’s the file uploaded. These files are now allowed on the forum. If you have a problem with the file types, one solution is to upload them inside a zip file. Best regards, Stefan

Dear Ness,

How are you?

We checked and followed the video you sent us on transferring cutting lists to Excell sheet. Thank you for that.

The attached shows that we don’t get the thickness correct. Please advice us the way to get it. If you could send a video for that as well, we would much appreciate that.

We will mail you excell document which is not possible to attach here.

Thank you.

Thusitha.
