This is because PolyBoard works in overall dimensions.

If you want to adjust the way this works, you need to set your frontage dimensions as Inner. See the following:

Morning, 

Me again. 

Building 11 cabinets (various configurations)  On the odd couple of cabinets we have two doors in the pigeon holes. I have just noticed that adding 18mm doors in-fact reduces the cabinet by 18mm instead of adding the doors on-top of the original depth. I take it this must be something to do with our lost parameters.
