If I have correctly understood your question?

You need to duplicate and revert the face of the fitting, as I’ve show in the attached cabinet example.

Hi,

I am trying to add cabineo fixings to the left and right hand side panels on the attached but they are only applying to the back and double back.

Can you help please?
