For any requests, such as cancelling your Premium Support, please contact our support team.

With your Premium Support you have access to the CabinetFile service and StairFile Service.

With the monthly plan, you can get 1 CabinetFile or 1 StairFile per month, and with the annual plan, you can get 2 projects per month. This means we can provide, upon request, all the files equivalent to the Pro PP version.

Okay, I didn't understand that at first. In that case, the software isn't what I expected. How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Hello,

To export machining DXF files, you will need PolyBoard Pro PP.

PolyBoard Pro does not export files for CNC machinery. This is for manual manufacturing machinery.

I am a carpenter who creates DXF files after nesting and sends them to a cutting center; they cut the parts for me,
 and I collect them and take them to my workshop for assembly. I purchased Polyboard software for this purpose, but I am unable to generate the required files.

I assume that you are referring to a CSV/TXT cutting list?

Is there a specific format that you need for your cutting list?
