Hi Thusitha, can you make sure the precision level of your units is set to 1/16 inch (in Tools > Units). It should then work fine.

Dear Ness,

Kindly check the attached and then you may find that we have put the width 3inches 3/8 . But when the list comes its  only 3 inches and the 3/8 is missing. We need the accurate dimension in the list as well. Kindly solve this and advice us.
