I apologize for the late reply. In order to be able to link the bottom panel with the plinth please do the following: delete the current plinth panel -> set the Elevation for the Plinth (External Zones) to 0 (zero) -> select each side of the cabinet and set to Overpass the bottom panel with the desired plinth height (65 mm) -> add a Double-Back panel (not a plinth panel) and set a recess value from the front so the panel in in line with the bottom panel -> select the Double-Back panel and set it to Overpass the bottom panel -> add the fittings.
