Hi Ain, a more recent version of Polyboard will open files from an older version but not the other way round which is the problem you’re having.
To solve this issue you would need to update both your licences to the latest version which is 7. Please can you send a message on our contact form if you would like to do that and we’ll send you a quote.

Hi, long time ago we bought Polyboard for 2 workplace ( pro version and light version). After upgrading 5.14 to 6.05 Pro version, second computer still 5.14 ver. Today 5.14 version computer can`t open files generated from PRO ver. comp.
What I can do? Must upgrade PP same version?
