I work for a company with 3 workshops, with 8 current active licenses Pro & Pro-PP. Recently we have had 4 of Polyboards updated to 7.04b and we started to notice the our DXF outputs were coming out incorrect. So far we have only noticed it in the Inner Tooling and grooves that aren’t through cuts.
We use our Post set to DXF and export them for processing via Alphacam. Which cleans them up, tools, nests and output the machine code. We run our machine backwards to most people, Z0 is the bottom of the board. We have Panel Origin set to thickness. (But I have found that this doesn’t matter, because both settings are bugged.)
The bug we are getting is that the grooves are acting opposite of the Panel Origin setting and if a panel has grooves on 2 faces, 1 acts correctly and the other doesn’t.

SideView – Panel Origin – Zero
I was also informed that since we bought our licenses from a reseller we won’t have access to Tech Support, which is fine we don’t need training or a Post made for us. But I am interested in knowing if this bug(if it is one) is something you have already picked up on, and if so when a fix will be deployed. Currently we have 4 Programmers down because they updated. They can’t draw in the updated version because 7.02 can’t read the files.
I have been trying figure out the cause of the bug, and trying to make a script in the Alphacam to counter act this bug during processing. But this is tricky and time consuming
