Hi Michel,
I'm not sure if this thread is the correct place to ask, but I've just been looking at the stringboards before cutting them and I've noticed an issue.
In the Stringboard Parameter dialogue I set the Position above Nosing to Perpendicular 50mm, however on left hand string 1 on the straight stairs it appears closer to 71mm, which would look odd next to the 50mm on Right Stringboard 1.
Although the software appears to be recognising it as a two part stringboard, it seems to be calculating it as one piece, with a 50mm offset for step 8.
I haven't looked closely yet, but is something similar happening with the other stringboards, as the winders differ in offset and the string link between LH 2 & 3 seems offset? I tried to extend the stringer width (I'm using Laminated timber), but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Is there a software solution for this, or should I just adapt the stringers myself?
Thanks,
Colin
