Yes you can cancel your subscription any time.

The software remains in DEMO as this is only unlocked when you purchase a full version of the software, but you are entitled as a premium member to reach-out to our forum and get technical assistance to achieve your project. Once you have finalized your stair-project we can provide you with the plans and cutting lists to build your stair.

The does not include the 1/1 PDF template as this requires extra processing and comes with an extra cost

Hi Paul,

The demo version allows you to do a full design with all features but does not give you the complete measurements or cutting details. The main stair measurement and riser heights and floor heights are given.

For all details you need an activated version. For full technical assistance register to premium support
