Hi again,

We’ve expanded the scope of the Requests Forum to include website suggestions, or any other comments as to how we can improve your experience as members.

We’ve added this information to the emails new members receive as well to make things clearer.

Regarding the ‘claims’ issue (which is part of the process of creating and approving a listing), we’ve limited access to the Directory Dashboard for Partners only, to manage their listings as suppliers. I think this will stop any confusion about what that area is for.

Thanks very much for your feedback.

There isn’t a specific user experience forum but I like the idea. I’ll see what we can do.

That test business was used to trial some functionality we’ve been thinking of adding. For now, reviews aren’t set up, but we want to look at that in the future if members think it will be a good idea. I’ve deleted it now to stop any confusion.

The Directory Dashboard is primarily meant for Suppliers to manage their listing, but it does allow Full members to bookmark suppliers too, so at the moment it’s open to everyone. We’ll take away your comments on this, and find a way to make things clearer or reserve it for suppliers for now.

Is there a forum to discuss the webiste. Issues etc that members might experience.

 

If not I think one would be good.

 

For example in the Supplier Directory I see that the Test Business has a review, however I cannot figure out how to access that review or how to add a review of my own.

 

Also, The directory dashboard takes me to a list about  “Claims” which doesn’t make sense.
