Hi Stefan,
We would like to set up a demo for the Optinest to see how it will integrate with our Enroute software. Could we do it as early in the day as possible for you as we will be at the end of our day, Monday to Thursday are good for us but not Fridays as we need to go to the pub early after a long week!!!
Cheers
Stu

Hi Stu, OptiNest’s DXF output can be configured so each layer in the DXF drawing corresponds to a tool path / machining operation. Many CAM software solutions are able to interpret this data and automatically apply the correct tooling. Please let us know if you’d like a demo of OptiNest so we can run you through the process. Thanks

Hi We presently use the post processor export from Polyboard and import the parts to Enroute for toolpathing and nesting. We can’t print labels of the nested sheets so we have to identify the parts manually when cut and mark them up by hand.
How does Optinest work? I get that it nests the parts and can print labels, how are the parts exported to be toolpathed?
Cheers
Stu
