To provide further details and keep this thread up to date, I am copying in further discussions here (further queries from Frederik and answers from the development team together):
* is my CNC saw Homag SAWTEQ B-200 supported
The Homag Sawtech B-200 is equipped as standard with a Cadmatic interface. In order to import external optimization files, you must have either the HolzLink or the CadLink interface, which are locally available (Belgium) through Vens & Thiers.
* is it possible to automate the workflow (preferably from command line / does OptiCut have a Windows command line which enables quite a few automation operations)?
Yes it has a command line feature. With reference to OptiCut’s command line syntax, I know you’ve now received this via email.
* can I extract price or material information from a project in Opticut in an automated way (through some result export)?
Yes, the OptiCut command line includes a result export instruction.
* is there some way to put pictures on the labels?
The current OptiCut labels includes a barcode printout feature, but no pictures. However I suggest that you check if the Sawtech B-200 model includes this feature in its own label printouts, which are different from the OptiCut printouts.
Please let us or the developers know if you have any other queries as appropriate.
Best regards, Stefan

Hi Frederick,
To answer you questions and have more information on how Opticut can be run with scripts ,you can contact directly the developers at Boole & Partners. For this please phone 33 1 64680707 and ask for Jade Haten or email info@boole.eu.

Hi Frederik,
We have an Opticut script system that can run the program from a command line. This system can run 90% of Opticut commands. So the answer to your question is that it’s probable we can automate most if not all of your needs.
However, as you can understand, this information is only available to clients that have bought a full licence and are subscribed in Premium Support.
As we can’t find your name in our data base could you tell us who is the owner of your Opticut licence?
Best regards,
Ness
I was wondering though if there are possibilities to automate actions inside Opticut? Now the user needs to click import from XLS, needs to click optimise, needs to click deduct from stock, needs to click export, needs to click print labels, etc... Is there a way to optimise this sequence over command line interface, by scripting or by using COM interface or by using some other method? Many thanks in advance! Best regards
Fred.
