Hi Ryan,

I guess you not only have installed the least 7.08C version but also the new libraries. This means your pp has been modified as we have reorganised them.

Can you do the same output with PP “DXF-Vcarve-OptiNest-EN-Vert/Re-2faces” and look if it is now ok ? the parameter  for tooled faces export should be on One single file per part

Regards

hi Michel

ive added a smaller job to show you the problem with vcarve

i hope i sent them right if not maybe a zoom meeting might be easier

the post processor ive been using is -Standard-EN-Conv-1face.plb-export

once i open it in vcarve and use the batch processor it lays it out on the page but if you click on an individual panel and move it you will notice the exact same panel is underneath it

hope this helps

many thanks

Hi Ryan,

We need your postprocessor not the report

Can you also add your v-carve file and show the issues you get?

regards

Michel

Hi,

Can you indicate which version of PolyBoard and Vcarve you use?

Can you export and upload your Post Processor here, please compress before

compressed.pngImage Enlarger

Can you upload your project too?

All the best, Alex

since the new update when i use the batch processor with vcarve its now placing parts on top of parts its and making double the amount of parts which obviously i dont need also now i seems to be placing parts upside down which it never used to do before i updated

Is there some settings i need to change i have gone into post processor options and changed export to all parts and project export folders to 1 folder per material and that used to work fine

hope to hear from you soon

many thanks

ryan
