cutting wrong on board|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

Hi,
First sorry for delays, I don’t now why I don’t see you message before today…
Can you joined you cabinet file too?
Groove ajustement can be done with Post-Pro setup Option
Depending on the PP you use, here is an example with the PP OptiNest-Vcarve-EN-Verti.
1°) +4mm overlap of through grooves adds 4mm to the grooves.
2°) -4mm overlap of non-through grooves adds another 4mm to the grooves (a positive value reduces the grooves).
3°) The blade diameter must be set to 0mm in milling mode (or the grooves are softened or extended depending on the blade).
4)° Type :
Polyline OUTPOUT solid groove rectangle
Line OUTPUT One line in the centre of the groove
2 Lines OUTPUT one line on the top and one line on the bottom of the grooves
But all are done By PolyBoard,
and sorry again!
All the best, Alex

Hi
Please see attached pictures, as you can see the groove is not going to the end of the board on the left hand side and going to far over on the righthand side, we had an issue with our computer and had to download polyboard, optinest and vcarve again, this is probably happening due to a setting in optinest or vcarve could you please advise asap as need to get this machine up and running again. Also we had to load the tool database again and now when we did the groove it is cutting the groove back and forth twice and this is taking too long again please advise
Thanks again for help
