Hi Alex. Yes, here is one zone with a differance Off 0.1 mm but that does nt explain that i have, for example in the cupboard left, living (klliving) a differance of 9MM in the 6 upper doors (642.2 and 633.2) the shelves are fixed ones and have the same haigth (apart from one 0.1) en de play is correct. If you look into the files isaac sent me and go maesuring the drawing, you wil see that s a lot. Also the difference in the door at the bottom of the 2 cupboards (9MM) with the negative (same) play. .I cant solve the issue
kind regards, Bart

OfflineHi,
Isaac is away this week, but i’m happy to help you,
The forum is still the best way to contact us (the technical team), rather than the telephone or e-mail, because the questions are sorted by the customer service team, which sends them to us, which inevitably lengthens the processing time.
On the other hand, we are notified directly of new messages on the forum and can reply as soon as we are available.
To answer your question, after a quick analysis, it seems that there are differences in the height of certain zones of 0.1mm. Additionally, identical zones will not give identical doors because of the different overlaps and gaps, e.g. a shelf divides the overlap of the elements. It is still possible to check the height of doors using the horizontal measurement tool, regardless of the version of PolyBoard you use.
Hope this helpful, Alex

OfflineHi Isaac. I can’t reach anyone via TEL. So i ask ou here:
(Maybe you can call me?)
Project living door KL living nd KR living As i verify my doors in the listing you sent me, i see that i have 5 different higths of doors. This, When they should be all the same.
Again i verify every measure (toal hight cupboard, space inside between every shelf, the ‘play’ in between the doors..everything. And i don’t see a huge differnce .
Can you help me with it? Cn you look in to the drawings?
Kind regards
