Hi,
You just Need to Add text to work but some files you joined already have text entities with Hor. drilling Bloc.
May be more easy with files names

Grain values are ,
Grain = “0” or default : All rotations.
Grain = “1” : No rotation.
Grain = “2” : 90° rotations only.
Please find sample can be imported with option Rectangulare parts import
Layers names is for setup outline layer part in DXF Output
Reference is the part name
Thickness of panel but no impact on import

Hi Alex,
I just have few questions here
1. What is Reference?
2. What should be in the Grain field? Grain direction or to say Grain is present or not? i.e. Should the field hold, “Horizontal”/”Vertical/No Grain” or “true”/”false”
3. Layer name for what?
can you please make one sample file to understand, the fills.
Many Thanks, Ash

CSV is limited and can you be used for rectangulare part without extra machining
CSV import format in OptiNest is:
Height;Width;Quantity;Reference;Grain;Layer Name;Thickness
(EDIT : Reference, Grain, Layer Name and Thickness information are optional)

Hi!
Of course! But
From PolyBoard to OptiNest, Layers are setup per operation
Looking at the files you’ve attached, it’s not a problem, the DXFs seem to be clear,
From OptiNest, you need to create new outline layers. Here, it’s ProcPart_18 (for depth?!) but replace 18 with “*” for character groups.
– in the case of multiple contours, separate each new layer with “;”.
– Horizontal holes are a Block, with layer 0, but you may need to exclude this layer “0” or “H_drill*” with a slash in front of /H_drill*
then create a new path with the name of these new layers in Vcarve
Hope that’s helpful, Alex
