Hello Aristodemos,
To set up correctly your import you need to do a number of things:
– Create additional references that correspond to the non standard fields in your cutting lists
– Create the stock with all the different materials
– set up the import field sequence
I think that this will require some one to one training .
I’m actually very busy but as Stefan has told me that you need to set this up quickly, I can offer you an hours training tomorrow afternoon at 2:30pm Paris time.
If you would like to take this training offer please go to this page and buy an hours online training:
https://wooddesigner.org/train…..g-service/
Then please download and install Team Viewer from this page:
https://wooddesigner.org/teamv…..er-set-up/
If you could then send me your phone number I’ll call you at the start of our session.
Best regards,
Ness

Thanks for your call earlier today. I am still checking on a date for a training session, to see if that’s soon enough for you or whether you should continue with your queries on the forum. We’ll be in touch as soon as possible. Best regards, Stefan
Also, when i am importing a .dxf file, it shows only the frame of the profile and not what’s inside the frame. Is this a design problem or is this how it is recognized?
Also, when i import an object does it matter what position is placed? For example if it is face up or down? Does it change anything in Face 1, Face 2, Face 3, Face 4?
Regards,
Aristos Petrou

Hi Aristodemos,
No problem to explain how to do this.
I can make you a short video but to make things clearer, could you post the excel spread sheet you want to import?
All the best,
Ness
