OfflineHello Zaheer,
That makes sense, you will need to update to the latest version, 6.09e. You will find the latest version available on our website.

OfflineHello Zaheer,
Sorry, I now understand.
Yes, see the following two txt documents. One is the format you can use to import materials, the other is an example txt in the correct format for importing.
Let me know how this goes.
Note: Textures need to be applied in PolyBoard. Also, this will generate a new material rather then update the existing materials.

OfflineThe issue is that I have a large list of materials, and the prices change often. I don’t want to update them one by one every time. It would be much better if I could update the prices in an Excel sheet and import it into Polyboard or OptiCut so the prices update automatically.

OfflineHello Zaheer,
When you add a material to PolyBoard, it should automatically add to OptiCut with the assigned pricing. You do not need to manually add pricing data via a CSV.
If this is not working, please ensure that you are using the latest versions of both PolyBoard and OptiCut, and confirm that the material file is the same being used between both software. See the below working example:
What versions of PolyBoard and OptiCut are you using?
