Hi Isaac

It is good. My demo OptiCut created small problem with Stock data base, which I corrected. It is working fine now.

Problem was on the Stock window/Material Display. It was on just one material instead of All Materials.

Hello Zack,

Please make sure that you set up your panels in the panel stocks library and press “ok” when finished. Also, make sure that you do not have any old or off cut materials in the library.

If you would like me to look at this more closely, could you please send me your parameter file for OptiCut?

Additionally, see further information below:

Initial set up and overview

Just one mor line to the issue I have. If I export every individual box from the kitchen project, I have no problems to see proper sizes for the stock boards. If I upload whole kitchen, OptiCut will never properly assigne the materila size to the parts.

Hi,

I had installed Opticut today and try to use it. All material and panels are connected to the Polyboard data base. After exporting the kitchen parts to OptiCut and processing, first material is setup as 280cm x 270 instead of 280 x 207. Where is the program pulling this from, since second material in the list is the same and it is setup as 207 x 280. Do I need to create the stock panel with dimensions for the panels? Do I need to do it before the import of the cutting list?
