Are your missing panels Panel 3, which is to be repeated 4 times?
See image
This sees the nesting map 3 cut 4 times. This would equal 16 in total, the number of panels you need.

Thanks for reply but it doesnt answer my question sorry
Its not a project i have made different size panels in a file in polyboard and a certain number have been nested but a couple have not i will send you the file and catalog and optinest file
This is list of the panels we are missing
2 x 1500 x 400, 1 x 800 x 400, 1 x 1350 x 400, and 1 x 760 x 400
Also i have done this before and had no issue just to let you know hope this makes sense

im sending a screenshot of catalog sent to optinest and there are panels missing even though there is no unplaced parts. Im sending you screenshots of polyboard and optinest
On optinest it says 13 nesting maps but 16 number of panels used where are the 3 panels?? as only 13 are created?
hope it makes sense can you explain please?
