Hello Jonny,
I can see two things:
1. Your cutting list is grouping components that share similar sizes into single CNC files (giving the impression of missing files)
2. The reference is not a CNC file, rather the name of each panel.
I recommend separating your cutting list components, see the following:

Yo,
Just been looking at Opti-Cut and from my understanding, the description with [1] codes behind them are references to be machined.
If so I have highlighted an image below.
Yellow codes and correct to be machined.
Purple, items that need to be machines but no codes on the cut list. They have transferred to the machine files. But we are missing them as we reference from paper work.
Any advice to why only have might be getting codes?
