The stock materials are 2440x1220mm (for both the 18mm & the 9mm for the backs). It’s strange because it seems to be the smallest ones that aren’t showing, so definitely they will fit on the panels. It would basically mean that there is one extra sheet needed. The backs are 535 and 650 in width (3 of each) so one of each size per panel should be no problem.

I’ll get in touch with support!

Hi Richard,

I’ve checked through your project and all seems fine.

There could be a number of problems that would exclude parts from the cutting maps.

These can be that the correct panel hasn’t been created in the stock or that taking into account grain direction, some parts are too big for the stock panel sizes.

As we don’t know what your Opticut set up is it’s difficult to pin point the problem.

Can you tell me what size stock materials you have set up ?

The best way to help you sort this problem would probably be to give you a quick on line screen share session and look through your configuration.

If you would like to do this please contact support and they will arrange a meeting.

Best regards,

Ness

Hi,

Sorry, but can you upload your cabinet or project, if you get an error for size, make right click then send to compressed folder

All the best, Alexandre

Hi.

New user here, so please bear with me. I have an angled cabinet made in Polyboard, and need to output that to Opticut. I understand that the parts would just show as rectangles, which I then cut. However of the 6 backs i notice that only 4 are appearing (one of which is angled and shows as a full rectangle as expected). I’m wondering why the others are not showing up?

This also leads me to worry that the cabinet sides (which have angled cuts on one end) may also not be there, although I havent been able to check it all off as of yet as the project is almost 20 sheets of plywood all in..

Please see attached the cabinet as seen in Polyboard. For reference the tallest angled cabinet back shows up, but neither of the smaller ones.

If there’s anything else you would like to know then please let me know and I’ll do my best to upload any missing items as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance,

Best,

R
