That has helped thanks.

I was thinking about the wrong way of doing it, I can have an MPR export from the Post Processors then the Opti-Cut from the cutting list menu.

Hi Joss,

Sorry that it has taken a while for me to reply.

Are you trying to import into OptiNest or OptiCut? I see both mentioned in your question.

You can edit the import format for OptiCut, see the attached link with information.

https://wooddesigner.org/help-…..ting-list/

Additionally, here is a link that explains exporting your cutting list out of PolyBoard.

https://wooddesigner.org/help-…..st-export/

Have a look at this information and see if this helps. If this doesn’t, I can look into this further.

Regards,

Isaac

I am struggling to get the Polyboard CSV file set up corrctly to both with with Alphacams Automation manager and Optinest. It looks like a need to tweak the PP report format to get it to match the import options in OptiCut. I have got this set up so it currently works with AlphaCam Automation Manager and need the following information

So whilst keeping the first 7 rows the same, I have added the additional information required for OptiNest to the end of the report

I have then confirmed that this still works with AlphaCam which it does. As it is only looking at the original 7 columns, and it is set to ignore the rest. I then mapped the locations in the CSV to the right locations for OptiNest –

But when I come to import them I am getting the following error

Any ideas what I have missed / am doing wrong?

I want to have a single CSV export that would work well with both Alphacam and Opti-Cut as a different post processor will be used depending on the project.
