Goto File > post processor format
In the drop down list select DXF.
Go back to File> Post Processor ...
Opticut will write a DXF for each cutting map.

Today is historical for my little company , first Project process goes togheter with Opticut and Polybord, using PP output files.
It is amazing how much time and money we win, and Quality !
