Hi,

I see in our database you have bought Polyboard 7 and OptiNest 2

As long as you stay on the same version number, updates are included,

But OptiNest 3 is a major new version, and therefore a paid update,

We can provide you with a quote if you are interested,

If not, you’ll need to be careful to get OptiNest 2 up and running.

Hello,

We got an update for polyboard 7.12D during installation the file also installed Optinest version 3.02. The new optinest version asks for serial key / password upon starting.

Please let us know how to proceed.
