Hi Dave,
Our customer support is going to contact you. I think you do not need a new activation code as per your post it seems that your version 7.07A1 is activated.
About the library issue as you are located in New Zealand we need you to make yourself available according to our time ( France ) as the developers need to contact you via Anydesk to look at your issue. Please also arrange a timeframe with our customer support so that we can arrange this connection.

thanks for sending through Version 7.07A1
this has fixed the optimise issue with missing the components however we still cannot redirect the Parameters-Library-Materials to our shared drive as Polyboard crashes while all fine with Method and Textures.
Also for some reason with OptiNest 2.31n printing the labels the clashed edges are now identified incorrectly with LH or RH edges around the wrong way. see attached label print out along with Polyboard unit.

Ok I have learnt my lesson on not to uninstall – yes I have an Uninstallation Code on my desktop (copy attached). Can you let me know what I do with this, hopefully it will allow me to get back up and running?
Also attached the screenshot for the error notification.
yes the issue is with top component – I’m not sure what you mean by On start correctly?

Can you also confirm from your side if it is only the top that is missing and that ON start correctly? This is the outcome I have on my version. Developers are informed and I will revert shortly

Hi Dave,
You should never delete a version like that. Have you checked your desktop as you should hopefully have got a uninstall code file on it upon removal. I got a reply from the developers. They want to get connected on your pc with Anydesk but it seems you have made it impossible now due to that action. Never try such things on your own without consulting us.
Check and confirm if you have the uninstall code generated on your desktop. How did you remove the software ?

We have another issue for whatever reason when we optimise our existing library units not all components are optimised and get an error message (see attachment).
This has caused problems as we do not know what’s missing unless we go through optimised sheets comparing components to cultist.
I have now tried to reinstall old version 7.06f but had to delete beta version to do this but know my old activation code will not work.
this turning into a complete cluster #%&* as trying to get jobs out for production

With the upgrades this seems to have fixed our issue, however with Polyboard 7.07a beta version we are unable to redirect [Tools-Folders-Parameters-Material] to our shared drive? we are able to link Method and Texture but when we select ‘Material’ Polyboard crashes
