Hi Alex,
Isaac helped me on-board for the new updates for both Polyboard and Optinest. I had a quick at the link you sent, at a quick glance it seems like he’s covered these steps. Still not sure why this error is showing.

1* You can use the same mat folder than PolyBoard, instead of restore
2* Check used stock for nesting
3* Mat and panel, in ON3, each mat must be assign to panel and according used stock
4* not placed parts, Click on parts list, then sort them

Hello,
So, i’ve upgraded to the new optinest, ive attached the export and added the material to my stock list in optinest. For some reason, even after a restart and re-export, all my parts are being listed and unplaced – not sure why?
Also, the yellow warning label saying parts unplaced is not visible still.
Any help would be great.
