Hi James,
Can I just confirm, you are not oversizing any components from PolyBoard into VCarve?

Hi,
1. What is the name of the profiling layers? Is it “PANEL” and “OUTLINE”? This will come in twice, I recommend only using OUTLINE if you are not using oversizing.
2. I will email you another video link for your training folio.
3. Can you please send me a cabinet file for the wardrobe?
Regards,
Isaac

Hi Isaac
My guys told me on another file (not this one) it was profiling twice.
So, I clicked the “square” on V-Carve and I could see there was one profile, one on top of the other. As a result, I deleted one. When I deleted it, I realised the saved toolpath wasn’t then picking up the one I deleted.
Any ideas? Should there be one on top of another? Unfortunately, I cannot send you the file from the one the guys mentioned to me for you to cross reference.
From what you say though, everything looked normal. Maybe I did something wrong after this point.
Also, we added some fittings into the back of a drawer box – I remember specifically doing it. Can you send me a link to the videos so I can re-trace my steps and add it – my boxes have fittings on 3 out 4 boxes.
Another also, on one of the wardrobes we created (a diagonal wardrobe) it isnt transferring the drillings in VCarve.

Hi James,
See the attached video:
The files seem to be importing fine for me. I recommend checking that when you imported the files, there was no other DXF files saved in the same location.
Run another test and let me know if you are having the same problem. If you are, I will look further into this for you.
Best regards,
Isaac

Hi James,
I am looking at your VCarve file and there is obviously parts that are nesting on top of one another.
Can you please also send me the OptiNest file associated with these? As well, the dxf for sheet number 3?
Thanks,
Isaac
