Hi Michel,

That seems to have resolved it.

Hi Dean,

In your pp setting in polyboard you have the chamfer parameter. Set this one to ignore and see if it solves the issue. If no send me your pb file so that i can have a look at it.

Hi Michel,

Thanks for the quick reply… Ok I think it may be as Polyboard is exporting Chamfer cuts (which my CNC will not cut at this present) which I am not setting toolpaths for. Is there any way I can swap the priority so it will put all the cabineos on one side of the board and the chamfers (which are naturally on the opposite face) on the bottom? This way, I can drill all the cabineos together and ignore the chamfer cuts.

Regards

Dean

Hi Dean,

You can see the face code on the layer F1 and F2. This means that the cabineo’s are not on the same side of the panel. So it is normal that it gets separated.

You have one or more double-sided parts on your panel

Additionally, here is a link to an article on our website explaining the different double-sided machining processes.

Hi folks,

I have output a job from Optinest to vCarve and the cabineos have layered seperately. Any idea why this might be? I understand that the 15mm holes are different from the cap that needs to be cut in, but there are 2 of each? These are the layers.
