Hi,

 

I would like to congratulate you on your work.

It is difficult to analyse this, and the management of 3D is quite complex, depending on the direction in which the 3D face is drawn, in fact the top or bottom of the face reacts differently to the colouring.

 

and will tend to react more strongly with ambient light

Hi Team

I have created a 3D Accessory drawer sides to go with our Hafele Alto Drawer fittings but for some reason the ‘top’ of the drawer sides and runners show up in 3D View with a black face while the rest of these 3D fitting changes to whatever colour I select ?

For a example I have attached our 3Drw unit, hoping someone can let me know why we have this colour variation and how I can rectify this issue. I haven’t had this issue with other created 3D Accessories.
