Hi Grover, regarding the on demand hardware set up service…we offer this free of charge with Premium Support, but it is to help you with one-off hardware requests. If you need a set of hardware set up in your Polyboard Libraries, we ask that you purchase a Library Set Up pack from this page:
https://wooddesigner.org/store/
Information on this service can be found here:

Thanks, Stefan

Hello,
I do not have other hardware stores in Libraries because I do not use it;)
If you need some additional hardware I can help you if it is a fews hinges for example.
On the other hand if you need a series of drawers it takes a lot more time to put in place for me to be able to set up a particular example.
After it will be necessary to see according to your needs that you access our support services.

I used Autocad 3DSmax for convert…
but with autocad full, you must try this
Any closed polyline or a region can be converted to a Mesh object (2D). Just use the MESHSMOOTH command. If your polyline border contains arc segments, you may want to refine the resulting mesh with the MESHREFINE command. This will increase the density of the small patches and more precisely fill in the arcs.
The mesh can be easily converted to 3d face entities (3DFACE) just by exploding – the EXPLODE command.
All the best, Alex

here joint your DXF edit
All the best , Alex
Good day Ness/Alex,
We encountered a slight problem regarding 3D DXF import on Polyboard. We need some(not all) 3D accessories from Hettich which can be downloaded here(EDIT: link no longer available).
I have read about your custom hardware set-up service which sounds very convenient but I need to ask if this is free.
Thanks,
Grover
