I saw in your video the same issue you have 2 rectangles in the middle of the floor that doesn't change with the light.

The 3D accessories helped me, but the shadow of each one appears in the middle of the floor (check the attached image for the faucet and hood shadow).
How can I remove it?

how can i add
-3d models (sink , hood, accessories....).
-Additional lighting( strip leds , indirect light...)
-Doors and drawers just fore render.
