Hi Zaheer, 

PolyBoard 7.10p is out of date. Please update it to PolyBoard 7.12D. You can contact us by e-mail to check if we are still able to provide it, because the latest version has been PolyBoard 8 for 2 years now.

Maybe an update to 7.12D will help, otherwise we can do nothing more on this old version.

Yes, the computer has received all Windows updates, and the polyboard is running version 7.10p

Hi.

Can you confirm that your computer has received all Windows updates, that your graphics card driver is fully updated, and that PolyBoard is running version 8.10J?

hello dear,

If i open a project in polyboard or create a new cabinet ,i can’t see it in the 3D view because it seems locked.how can i fix this?
