Have you try with last version 7.12D? I have try 5 exports with this version without issue

Or maybe to long images files names, in Windows path if files including file can’t exceed 256 charterers, and your specific folders you can easily overpass this limite

For exemple C:\Users\*Userneame*\Onedrive\Desktop\PolyBoard-v7.6-en\Textures\Accessories

“png-transparent-glass-ceramic-gas-burner-home-appliance-brenner-jenn-air-stove-miscellaneous-glass-gas-stove-thumbnail_1” have already 120 charterers

I don’t have all textures but your project look very nice
