Hello Emanuel,

This cabinet still has drillings on 2 faces for multiple panels. As long as this is the case, you will get the ISO function.

You need to remove drillings from separate faces, and set PolyBoard to drill them all from the same face.

See the following video:

Isaac

Hello Emanuel,

See the following video:

This explains the ISO function again. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Emanuel,

Analysis and info:

Isaac is away and I have read exchange with Isaac.
I have restore you setting, and looking at last cabinet Victor-14-drw…
up-and-bottom.pngImage Enlarger

To be clear, STANDBY code fonction is add when part face need to be swape (flippe) and milled/drilled on both face ( like the upright of this cabinet ), and this can’t work with Nesting CNC with option single file per part because that create well single part with STANBY code.
For more information about part rotation, you can read this my post from June 26 here

Solution:
In used with Nesting , the solution is to sort parts with Multi-post processor,

Firstly update your PP to single part per face.(see screenshot below)

PP.pngImage Enlarger

Now Create Multi PP with two filter, the first with your Maestro PP, catch all second face programme to be milled after general Nesting,

Then when you made Multi PP export that’s create First folder for part must be milled after the second folder.

And this Second, is the general Nesting folder must be send to Maestro to cut all Part!

Caution:

If you look this end of video, you can see there is something strange with drawers on left of cabine and upright

Hope this helpful, Alex

Emanuel,

Firstly, what version of PolyBoard are you using? Have you updated to the latest version, 8.01t? If not, you will find this on our website.

Additionally, when we were experiencing the StandBy function before, this was because we were exporting drillings that did not match your tools on your machine. Make sure that these are the correct diameters for your tools, and machined on the correct faces.

If you can locate a specific cabinet or panel that you are getting the standby function on, please send it to me and I will look at it.

To test this, add 1 cabinet at a time to Maestro and see where the standby function is coming from.

Regards,

Isaac

THIS IS REDICULOUS FOR ME BECAUSE IAM WAISTING A LOT OF TIME ON THIS THING AND AS I TOLD YOU I CANT WORK WITH THIS PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE FULL OF BUGS .SO I HAD TO DELAY 1 OR 2 DAYS NOW AND CLIENT IS WAITING .
