Dermot,

The fastest way is to edit the fitting. You may need to check that your cabinets all change to the new fitting adjustments, but it shouldn’t take too long.

We set the shelf pegs to 12mm when setting up my system for how I make cabinets. Is there a quick way of changing this back or do I have to go through the full library that i created to change every cabinet?

Dermot,

In PolyBoard, I can see all of your drillings are set to 15mm for adjustable shelves.

This seems to be set up in the fittings. Is there another toolpath template somewhere that may be your usual one? The only way to change this is to adjust the drillings in your fittings.

Thanks Isaac.

I’m still perturbed as to how that drilling pattern was exported from polyboard though, as we never set that up. I would like to be able too go into polyboard and check the settings that are being exported. How can i do this quickly and how can I amend it if it isnt what I want to export?

Regards

Isaac

How do I modify a tool path template to do this. I didnt set this layer up on polyboard. It must come along with a preset rule on the quick design libraries as I dont have the knowledge to set it up myself. I havent touched the program for quite a few months and was amazed that i got it to work as well as it has to this point.

Hi Dermot,

You 5mm holes in PolyBoard are registered as 15mm deep. See the DXF layer for those in VCarve:

In VCarve, your Toolpath template is looking for 5mm holes that are 12mm deep:

To fix this, you need to open your template, and add the extra layer to the 5mm toolpath:

Then, save your template again.

Best regards, Isaac

Hi,

You will need to save the file in a compressed zip folder.

Right click on the file and follow the image attached:
