Hi Lisa, it sounds like you haven’t selected an inner volume yet. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to add design elements like shelves, doors, drawers etc. On the Getting Started page I linked to there are some good videos to help you get going. Please watch all of them if you can, but definitely the one called ‘My First Design’. This shows how to get a basic design done and should help a lot. Thanks

Hi Lisa, I’ve moved your post to the Polyboard forum rather than General Enquiries. Thanks for signing up for Premium Support. You don’t need the activation code, you would only get this if you were buying the software outright. Instead you should continue using the free/demo version of Polyboard. In conjunction with the Quick Design libraries, this includes 100% of design features.

What this version doesn’t do is output your cut list, plans and CNC files. That’s where the CabinetFile service comes in, free to you as a Premium Support subscriber. This service gives you the output you need.

Please complete your design with the free version, then request the manufacturing documents.

Of course, also ask any questions you have along the way. To edit individual cabinets from within Project Mode, double click on the one you want to edit. It will then open up in Cabinet Mode.
