Hi Antony,
Adding a DXF handle is in the list of functions to add to later v6 updates in the coming months.
For the time being you can use inner toolings to simulate handles.
You could buy a training package and I'll walk you through some easy and quick ways to do this.
Training packages are available here:

In your case I think that a 1-2-1 5 hour pack would be a good investment and save you lots of time and effort.
Hope this is helpful,
All the best,
Ness

Hi Matias,
Sorry to say that, in the present version, there is no simple way to add handles.
You can add the drillings for the handles but the actual 3D representation of the handles is not possible.
For presentation purposes the easiest way is to apply a photo of the facade with a jpg texture that has the handle.
Have a look at the videos on applying textures to panels to see how to do this.
Another way is to export the 3D DXF files from Polyboard into SketchUp and add handles you can download or draw yourself.
Hope this is helpful.
All the best,
Ness
