Hi Zaheer,

It is impossible to go directly from Polyboard as your machine uses a direct gcode. Polyboard is not a cam software providing gcode. V-carve is a cam software in between that works perfectly with polyboard. 

As you have a point-to-point CNC, I must inform you that this software does not allow horizontal drilling or machining. AES works mainly using Alphacam as a cam solution, but it is very expensive. V-carve does not have any available postprocessor for the AES machines currently, and horizontal drilling or machining will, unfortunately, never be an option for v-carve due to their specific software engine.

I’ll come back to you when I’ve analysed it in more detail, but I think it will be necessary to switch from polyboard in DXF to Vcarve software to generate the Gcode
